In such cases, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with the terms stated in the contract.

Cancellation Policy - All service agreements are final upon signing, and cancellations are not permitted once work has commenced. If a client wishes to cancel before work has begun, they must notify us in writing, and any deposits or upfront payments may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the contract.
If a specific cancellation clause is outlined in your agreement with us, the terms of that clause will apply. For ongoing services, cancellations require written notice as specified in the contract, and any remaining balance due must be paid in full.
